📦 Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
- After 12 hours, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Order will arrive within 1 week after shipping
Please allow order to be shipped within 24-48 hours

🔁 Returns
Due to the nature of our products and suppliers, we do not accept general returns. However, you may qualify for a replacement or refund under the conditions below.

- You entered the wrong shipping address
- The item is delayed but still in transit
- You simply changed your mind
📭 Lost or Stolen Packages
- If tracking shows your package was delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items
